We carefully package every Gundam figure and Chibi collectible with the same attention to detail we’d want for our own collections. Please allow:
- 1-2 business days for order processing
- Additional processing time may be required during peak seasons or for large orders

We understand that even the most discerning collectors sometimes need to make adjustments to their collections. Whether it’s a paint defect on your new Alclad II model kit or simply changing your mind about that Monster Figure, we’ve got you covered.
Return Window
We stand behind every product we sell with a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the perfect primer coat on a display-ready collectible.
Non-Returnable Items
To protect our collector community, certain items cannot be returned:
- Opened paint products (including Alclad II and primer sets)
- Pre-order items marked as “final sale”
- Limited edition figures with broken factory seals
Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request

- Photos of any damaged items (for quality issues)

Step 2: Receive Authorization
We’ll respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Prepaid return label (for quality issues)
Step 3: Ship Your Items
Pack items securely in their original packaging with all accessories. For exchanges, include a note with your new item preference.

Step 4: Processing
Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return. We inspect every item with the same care we’d give to evaluating a prototype figure.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:
- Credit Cards: 3-5 business days
- PayPal: 1-3 business days
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for defective items.
Exchange Policy
Exchange requests are subject to availability of your desired item. If unavailable, we’ll issue store credit or process a refund.
International Returns
For collectors outside the U.S.:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Refunds will be issued in USD

- Inspecting packages immediately upon delivery
- Keeping original packaging for 15 days
- Documenting any damage before opening sealed items
