Whether it’s a paint defect on your new Alclad II model kit or simply changing your mind about that Banpresto chibi figure, we’ve got you covered with our collector-friendly returns policy.

Our Return Promise

We stand behind every Gundam figure, Nendoroid, and scale model we sell with a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the perfect primer coat on a Soul of Chogokin masterpiece.

Non-Returnable Items

To protect our collector community, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Opened paint products (including Alclad II and primer sets)
  • Pre-order items marked as “final sale”
  • Limited edition figures with broken factory seals

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Contact our Collector Support Team within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of any damaged items (for quality issues)
  • Reason for return/exchange

Step 2: Receive Authorization

We’ll respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Prepaid return label (for quality issues)

Step 3: Ship Your Items

Pack items securely in their original packaging with all accessories. For exchanges, include a note with your new item preference.

Step 4: Processing

Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return. We inspect every item with the same care we’d give to evaluating a Mech Figure prototype.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:

  • Credit Cards: 3-5 business days
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for defective items.

Exchange Policy

Exchange requests are subject to availability of your desired Figuart Zero or SENTINEL figure. If unavailable, we’ll issue store credit or process a refund.

International Returns

For collectors outside the U.S.:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued in USD

Protect Your Collection

We recommend:

  • Inspecting packages immediately upon delivery
  • Keeping original packaging for 15 days
  • Documenting any damage before opening sealed items
