Absolutely! We only sell 100% authentic, officially licensed collectibles. As collectors ourselves, we understand how important authenticity is to the collecting community. Every product undergoes verification before being listed in our store.
Why are some menu categories duplicated (like “Accessories” or “Monster Figures”)?
Great observation! The duplicates represent subcategories – for example, we separate standard accessories from modeling-specific accessories. This helps collectors quickly find exactly what they’re looking for in our extensive inventory.

How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create an account” after entering your email. Account benefits include:

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly (within 1-2 business days) to get your collectibles to you faster. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please email [email protected] immediately with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered the packing phase.

What are my shipping options?
We offer two collector-focused shipping methods:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch) with full tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping: For orders $50+ via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)
Pro Collector Tip: Combine multiple items in one order to reach the $50 free shipping threshold while saving on overall delivery costs. Many collectors plan their monthly collecting budget this way!
How long does order processing take?
Our team processes orders within 1-2 business days. Each collectible undergoes a quality check before being packed with collector-grade materials to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship globally to unite collectors across continents. Currently, we cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote areas due to logistical constraints. If you’re unsure about your location, please contact us before ordering.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Both our Standard and Free Shipping options include tracking capabilities so you can follow your collectibles’ journey to your display case!

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the delivery date for items that arrive damaged or aren’t as described. To initiate a return:
  1. Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue
  3. We’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid label if applicable
All returns must be in original condition with all packaging materials. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns simply due to change of mind for collectibles.
What if my figure arrives damaged?
We take great care in packing your collectibles, but if damage occurs during transit:

  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund
All standard shipments include insurance for this purpose.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, you can return the original (following our return policy) and place a new order. This ensures you get your desired collectible as quickly as possible.
